Wet dust & oil aerosols filtration (DD & PD & UD)

Oil that lubricates the compressor assembly or the compressor system itself  can produce oil in the form of mist, wet dust, and water that can damage the entire compressed air system. Atlas Copco's DD+ and PD+ filters use a combined oil refining process to effectively reduce these contaminants and ensure your system runs smoother and more efficiently.

These high performance-combination filters are designed to effectively deliver top purity of compressed air at low pressure drop. Thanks to high-performance fiberglass technology and raw 3D structural padding/barrier, the DD+/PD+ series allows you to meet increasingly demanding demands for compressed air quality.

Stainless steel cores, epoxy sealing cap and anti-corrosion coating filter housing make the filter more reliable.

The UD+ series combines two filtering steps (DD+ and PD+) into a unique technology that allows you to meet the high quality requirements of a wide variety of applications with optimal energy savings. However, they not only save you money but also save space by eliminating the need to install a second filter.

At the same time, these two-in-one filters protect your equipment and processes by effectively reducing oil vapor, wet dust and water droplets in the compressed air stream. UD+ series ensures lower pressure drops combined with conventional filter, helps to save energy. Thanks to the thick filter pack, these filters also provide air purity equal to that obtained with two separate filters in a row.

With patented drainage technology, the UD+ series prevents oil leaks from entering the compressed air system.
