GA oil-injected screw compressors are designed for efficiency

The components of the oil-injected rotary screw air compressors have been carefully designed in-house. This reduces losses and pressure drop to a minimum, resulting in the highest compressor package efficiency. The efficiency is both shown in advanced design and highest reliability. It is latest generation of our innovative oil-injected screw element included. Besides, GA series is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 1217 compliant are long and trouble-free life at the lowest operating cost.

Monitor your system

Most manufacturing processes create fluctuating demand, which in turn creates wasted energy as gas demand falls. Using the Elektronikon® controller, you can switch manually or automatically between two different setpoints to optimize energy and reduce costs. Besides, the sophisticated algorithm only operates the motor when needed. Since the desired setpoint is maintained while the running time of the motor is minimized, energy consumption will be kept to a minimum.

Variable Speed Drive (VSD)

More than 80% of compressor lifecycle costs are energy costs. Compressed air generation can account for more than 40% of a plant's total electricity bill. To cut down on energy costs, we pioneered the Inverter Inverter (VSD) Technology in the compressed air industry. Atlas Copco's VSD technology closely monitors air demand by automatically adjusting engine speed, resulting in energy savings of up to 35%.

Oil injected compressors use an integrated energy recovery system. It recovers up to 78% of the energy from the motor and the element oil circuit.
