QD+ series

The macro-structured activated carbon of Atlas Copco's QD+ series will reduce the oil content through the absorption process to less than 0.003 mg/m³. In addition, the filter has a low pressure drop and remains constant during use.

The QD+ filter ensures not only maximum oil vapor removal, but also minimal dust removal. They reduce operating costs and are extremely reliable thanks to their stainless steel core, epoxy sealing cap and filter housing with anti-corrosion coating.

The QD+ series filters are also easy to maintain, helping to reduce additional operating costs. Quick-fit filter element design and drain valve designed for easy replacement. The maintenance indicator shows a (preventive) maintenance warning.

QDT series

These filters include a high-performance activated carbon tower that removes oil vapors, hydrocarbons and odors from your compressed air supply. Using the adsorption process, the activated carbon layer will reduce the excess oil content to less than 0.003 mg/m³.

Thanks to the optimized internal flow path, the QDT series filters also have a low pressure drop that helps to keep it to a minimum throughout the life of the filter. Rugged design and optimized filter material also make the QDT series highly reliable.

Advanced filter technology

Atlas Copco's team of filtration solutions experts are always looking to give you a competitive edge. The new generation of filters features a number of innovations that make your filtration system more efficient and easier.

Maintenance indicator
To ensure consistent air quality, the QD+ series features a service indicator that allows easy checking of filter operating hours, filter clogging and maintenance status. It is even possible to send alerts remotely.

inPASS™ bypass

The QD+ series comes with a revolutionary integrated bypass that allows you to service the filter without stopping the compressed air system. That means major investment savings by eliminating expensive external ''bypass'' piping, reducing operating and energy costs and reducing maintenance time.

Ideal filter technology

QD+ series uses macro-structured activated carbon technology, providing a larger surface structure than conventional carbon filters. Thanks to the highest absorption capacity, this device offers consistent performance for longer periods of time.
